VALOR - Apply to bottoms of feet or place a single drop on one wrist and hold the other wrist to it for a few moments to balance the entire system.
HARMONY - Place a single drop over the solar plexus (area above the belly button)
JOY - Apply a single drop over the heart.

PELVIC, TRUNK STABILITY EXERCISE
Below are suggestions I’ve found to very effective with my clients and myself. These are not intended to diagnose or prescribe. Needless to say, if you have a medical condition, see your doctor or health care provider.
Lying on your back bring your knees up until your feet are flat on the ground. Place a small ball or something like that between you knees. Squeeze you knees together for a slow count of 5 then relax. Repeat 2 more times. Keep your back flat and breathe while your doing this.
In the same position, lying on your back, knees up and feet flat, place a belt or yoga strap around your knees. In this part you’ll press out against the belt for a slow count of 5, relax and repeat 2 more times. Keep your back flat and breathe.
Tighten your stomach muscles and raise both knees to meet your outstretched arms. Push down on the left knee and push up on the right knee. Hold for a count of 5. Switch sides and repeat until you’ve done 3 on each side.
